Wetipquin Creek State Park is comprised of various ecosystems, including Wetipquin Creek, a tidal tributary that empties into the Nanticoke River, acres of tidal marsh and associated intertidal shrub-scrub areas, mature oak/hickory forests, as well as mixed pine and hardwood forests.
